Ventilation

We design and install fan ventilation systems that are suitable for marine offshore application and ensures high indoor air quality for the crew. When designing the ventilation for temporary refuge, we use the purge and pressurization systems for living quarters with chemical filter as a prophylactic measure to remove any potentially hazardous gas from the interior environment. With the high positive indoor against outdoor pressure and a three-stage air filtration system, hazardous gases (like the extremely toxic H2S), dust, and salt-laden air are prevented from entering the living quarters. When needed, temporary refuge could be pressurized with breathing air bottles.

Our offshore ventilation systems meet all noise level criteria and are energy-efficient. The control of the ventilation system can be integrated with the emergency power systems when needed for emergency shut down purposes. Ductless engine room ventilation system and ventilation of machinery spaces are possible with the design of transfer fans.
